Travelling with my parents in 1981 we discovered Skopelos Island.The decision to move there from Athens was taken after just a few days.Since then I have been active as a professional running a travel agency,restaurant and helping people to forfill there dream to have a place on this beautifull island.After some time I met Olga and a bit later our son Dominik became part of our life on this beautiful island. Since then we have build Villa Filomeni and Villa Elea wich we offer to holiday makers to enjoy.We hope to welcome you soon on Skopelos.

Villa Elea is located nearby Skopelos town and Glyfoneri beach.

The area provides easy axcess to most beaches on the Island.You can directly drive over the mountains,enjoying a unique nature, to beaches like Limnonari,Panormos,Milia,Kastani (Mama Mia beach) and Hovolo.A bit further away you will find the village of Glossa,Loutraki harbour and the Agios Ioannis monastery (Mama Mia church).
The old town of Skopelos is just 850 meters away and can be reached by foot.Skopelos town offers a large variety of services like restaurants,coffee places ,bars and shopping opportunities.

Absolutely lovely view ! The house is very nice and exactly as described.The patio is very big and you could just sit there all day enjoying the view of the open sea.Alexander was the best host we had so far in any Airbnb,very quick to respond,always nice & welcoming and he came by the house multiple times during our stay if we had any request.Would highly recommend.
